A former teacher, Val is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both California and Hawaii and has worked in the Real Estate industry for over 26 years. She has sold condos to investors, starter homes for the first time Buyer as well as Multimillion dollar ranches and homes. Val is dedicated to serving her clients' needs and that doesnt stop with the close of escrow.
A 14year resident of Kauai, Val and her husband Rowlie moved to the Poipu Area of Kauai in 1993 from Solvang, California. Val enjoys tennis, horseback riding on her New Zealand Thoroughbred mare, Zeely, snorkeling, exploring the beautiful island of Kauai, traveling to visit family and spending time with her grandchildren. In her spare time, Val is a court appointed guardian ad litem for children through Family Court.
